Who we are
via interiors LLP is a small consultancy built on large foundations. We are a team of young and enthusiastic designers and project managers, with experience in both the residential and commercial property markets. We create a fresh approach to projects by enhancing the customer experience.
Our unique partnership offers clients the big ideas and the vision but without the costs usually associated with larger consultancies. Our work ethos is fun and client focused and we aim to exceed your expectations in every respect.
We have over 35 years experience in the construction industry which makes us skilled at identifying client needs and reflecting these through the delivery of highly professional interior strategies, cost management, brands, project management and specification of materials.

via interiors LLP represents the collaboration of two creative and talented professionals who have complemented each other over many years during the course of their careers. In addition both Jane and Steve work with a network of associated professionals, involving them and drawing on their expertise depending on the scope and requirements of a project.

Jane Verity- Smart, Interior Designer & Project Manager
Jane facilitates the strategy for your concepts. She has vast experience and has specialist knowledge facilitating change within interior and architectural environments. Jane designs individual feasibility proposals and works at every sensory level to generate the right solutions for you whether creating a new space or working to refurbish an existing one.
Jane is a creative with years of experience in leading strategic, creative teams in facilitating change for 21st century interior and architectural environments. Jane ensures that high quality of creative delivery is 100% and collaborates, contributes and consistently maintains the quality of work, whilst interacting directly with our clients to ensure that all client objectives are met.
Steve Smart, Project Manager & Cost Consultant
Steve is a project manager, cost consultant and facilitator. By mapping out the project programme Steve plans the strategy. The cost exercises which Steve undertakes help you appreciate the details of property funding and provide a clear knowledge of how the project can enhance lifestyle and motivation. Steve is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service and ensures satisfaction with the delivery of projects.

The approach to design is based on the establishment of a clear brief and working closely with the client from the very beginning of a project.
